First, our first session of Math League is coming up January 30 from 10-11:30 at the Community Center!

Second, if you no longer wish to be on this list, please let me know and the specific email to use. Similarly, if I should add someone or an email to the list, send it along and I’ll do so.

Third (copied from another message), I wanted to let you know about a new resource from expii.com call "expii solve": https://www.expii.com/solve It is a set of 5 interesting problems released approximately weekly, composed by U.S. International Math Olympiad team coach Po-Shen Loh for a high school+ audience and intended to be highly appealing and easily explored with mobile devices. The idea is to build math appreciation and problem-solving skills in an engaging and accessible way. Each problem also includes links to definitions, explanations of concepts, and other background information that might be useful in solving the problem.

More generally, highly motivated students who want a forum for sharing their own explanations of concepts in math and science may be especially interested in learning about expii.com, and as it develops, it could be of interest to many students, parents and teachers.
