We have received notification from AlTour that due to system issues, some airline tickets booked through Concur on 3/19/18 did not process correctly and may not be booked.  Please provide the information below to all individuals in your areas.



Due to recent Concur disruptions, we are advising anyone that booked or attempted to book a reservation on Concur yesterday, to confirm the status of their booking in their Trip Library. All confirmed reservations should show “Ticketed” as the status. If the reservation is showing “Withdrawn” it was not ticketed and will need to be rebooked. If there are any questions, please contact ALTOUR’s Online Helpdesk by calling 888-853-7456 or emailing onlinesupport at altour.com<mailto:onlinesupport at altour.com>.
