Auditions for Hayley Trachtenberg's BFA musical thesis will be held on Friday, October 6th from 6-10pm in Kantner 308. For information, email Hayley at ht064313 at ohio.edu
Student auditions for next season's Tantrum Theater shows will be held the first weekend of November, with callbacks the first week of December. More information on the shows being produced and what you need to do for the audition will be available shortly!
Experience the Arts Day is Monday, October 9th! We need several student volunteers, so sign up for times in the Kantner 307 office!
Brick Monkey Theater Ensemble and ARTS/West will present a reading of Greg Vovos' play Well Beings on Friday, October 13th at 7pm at ARTS/West. Greg is a playwright from Cleveland and when he saw his community battling the opioid crisis, he interviewed dozens of people and wrote a play. The reading is in connection with OU's Standing Together: Fighting Our Community’s Opioid Epidemic. Sam Quinones, author of Dreamland: The True Tale of America's Opioid Epidemic will speak on campus and around the region that week. The play reading will continue the community conversation.
Go see the film Lucky when it comes to town! It's Harry Dean Stanton's final film performance and was produced by OU MFA alum Jason Lee!
Another OU alum, Luke Null, has just been announced as the newest cast member of SNL!
