FYI....send students to this class if you possibly can. SHAPe Clinic grant funding has run out, so there are serious talks about figuring out sustainable funding models past next year.

Subject: AT 3690 and SHAPe Clinic
With advising week here, I would like to bring your attention to AT 3690, Health and Injury in Performing Artists, as a possibility for Tier 2 Applied Science credit for your students. It is being offered in the fall during the TTh 12:00-1:20 time slot, and there are 200 seats available.
To the extent possible and appropriate, please let your faculty know to encourage their students about this course. I am in a difficult situation with the SHAPe Clinic funding, so showing healthy enrollments from outside CHSP in this course and the spring course, AT 3693, will be very helpful for me in ameliorating the financial constraints under which I'm operating.
I trust that the remainder of your spring semester goes well!
All the best,
Jeffrey A. (Jeff) Russell, PhD, AT, FIADMS
Assistant Professor, Athletic Training
Director, Science and Health in Artistic Performance (SHAPe)
