<p>I think it is really awesome to make sure that there are at least three women of the are of LGBT, women of color, and different ability. I really doubt you will have problems finding women who would want to openly apply as a women of color, different ability
or of the LGBT community. Many of the women whom fit that criteria are proud to be as such..as they should be. So I totally support that.. if not two women of color or LGBT. </p>
