Tropical moisture from Tropical Storm Cindy will push into the area Thursday
and Thursday night.  The moisture will remain over the area until a front
pushes through Friday night into Saturday. The combination of these systems
could producing flooding.

An upper level disturbance will move across the northern portion of
the area today with a few showers and storms, otherwise dry and
warmer. Tropical moisture will push into the area Thursday and
Thursday night, bringing showers and thunderstorms.  The moisture will
remain over the area until a cold front pushes through Friday night
into Saturday. The front, combined with the tropical moisture,
will cause heavy rainfall, and possibly flooding.
