DISCUSSION:

A strong upper level low pressure system and cold front are expected
late Wednesday and Wednesday night with strong to severe thunderstorms
possible. Wraparound moisture and much colder air will bring continued
rain and snow showers Thursday through Friday, with snow accumulations
likely across the WV mountains. High pressure with dry air will build
in by the weekend with a warming trend.
