...DISCUSSION...

CLOUDS WILL BE ON THE INCREASE DURING THE MORNING HOURS...
AS A CLIPPER SYSTEM APPROACHES. THE ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT PUSHES
THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON WITH SNOW OR A SNOW AND RAIN MIX.
SNOW SHOWERS WILL THEN CONTINUE AT THE HIGHEST ELEVATIONS
TUESDAY EVENING...WITH A LIGHT ACCUMULATION.

AFTER A BRIEF BREAK WEDNESDAY...A STRONGER CLIPPER WILL SLIDE
THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY...FOLLOWED BY SIGNIFICANTLY COLDER ARCTIC AIR
THAT WILL RIDE IN ON BRISK WINDS THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT. A LIGHT
ACCUMULATION OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE AREA WIDE...WITH PERHAPS A FEW TO
SEVERAL INCHES IN THE HIGHEST ELEVATIONS OF THE WEST VIRGINIA
MOUNTAINS. SUBZERO WIND CHILLS WILL BE POSSIBLE FOR MUCH OF THE AREA
BY EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.

THE COLD ARCTIC AIR WILL STICK AROUND THROUGH THE BEGINNING OF THE
WEEKEND. ANOTHER CLIPPER SYSTEM WILL BRING SNOW SHOWERS SUNDAY.
