[State_authorization_update] Important update

Great news concerning the State Authorization and Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) !!

Effective Oct. 31, 2016, Kentucky is an approved SARA state.

Also, effective January 1, 2017, Pennsylvania will be an approved SARA state.

Stay tuned, there will be more state authorization news to come!
