Position Title: Program Manager

The Program Manager for the Office of Student Involvement will be the full time advocate and strategist for on campus students and the point of contact for on campus student involvement. The Program manager provides leadership for new innovative programs that are both academic and social. The Program manager leads initiatives for athletic involvement, traditional events, First Weeks Events, the Student Advisory Board, Student Organization Fair, Graduate Assistant Fair and Leadership Conference and other programs. The Program Manager will advise student organizations and perform assessment both programmatic and on annual basis. The person holding this position will also represent the Division of Student Affairs and the Office of Student Involvement through committee work, departmental and divisional tasks, campus and community relations and assigned projects. This position will require some evening and weekend work as well as periodic travel. Flexibility and direct open communication with all stakeholders is essential.
