Dear Graduate Chairs/Directors, Associate Deans and Staff:

The attached memo details important semester-related changes in the pay/disbursement cycles for students holding a Graduate Appointment. These changes have been developed in coordination with and reviewed by the Offices of Payroll, the Bursar, Financial Aid and Graduate Council.

The Graduate College would greatly appreciate your assistance in forwarding this memo on to graduate students in your programs. (We hope to be able to directly email graduate students again in the near future, but due to the continuing implementation of PeopleSoft, we are not able to do so at this point in time and therefore would greatly appreciate your assistance with distributing this information).
