Assistant Director of Student Involvement - Diversity Initiatives, Student Services Program Coordinator II, Minimum Salary $ 30,274 per year, University of South Carolina Aiken

USCA seeks an Assistant Director of Student Involvement – Diversity Initiatives to create a comprehensive diversity programming model for the campus community.  Includes advising a mentoring program for minority students and working cooperatively with other campus departments involved in the recruitment and retention of minority students; and assists with advising student planning groups.  Includes the supervision of student employees.  Master’s degree in higher education administration, student personnel, or related area, OR Bachelor’s degree and two years professional experience in student affairs is required.
