In addition to voting, I wanted to take the time to let our membership know
that we are hoping to bring back the OCPA Support Staff Conference.  The
Board will discuss in detail at our April meeting with hopes to launch in
the late spring.  Stay tuned for further details, and feel free to contact
me with your thoughts and ideas.

The ACPA Consolidation Steering Team has provided a Voters'

order for members to be as informed as possible about the upcoming

It includes a sample ballot, the original plan of consolidation, the
proposal for consolidation as well as membership feedback on the proposed
new association.

Please note that the actual vote will be on the *Plan of
Consolidation*(page 9 of the Voters' Guide).  The
*Proposal for Consolidation* is still under discussion.  Should the *Plan of
Consolidation *be passed by NASPA and ACPA members, then a transition and
implementation team would be developed in order to decide the details of the
new organization.
