Hello NODA!

The Graduate Student Network would like to invite all those that are interested to our first network webinar! We are excited to announce that on Monday, April 25th at 12:00pm (noon) EST we will present an online meeting with the topic being: You Have a Job Offer, Now What??

As graduate students, we work so hard in preparing for the interviews to obtain a job that we often forget to prepare for the job itself.  This webinar is centered around what to do once you have obtained your first offer for a professional position and how to navigate the process of transition from a graduate student to a professional.  No matter where you are in your job search process, this information will be helpful because eventually you will start working and need to know some of these important details such as questions to ask after the offer, negotiating a salary, and planning your transition to a new institutional culture.
