Greetings!

We hope you're having an enjoyable summer! Our funding period for the 4th year of SEOMTC is drawing to a close, and as this past year was funded by an Improving Teacher Quality grant through the Ohio Department of Higher Education, we are required to collect participant data to demonstrate the impact of our project. If you attended the June 2016 4-day summer immersion, the June 2017 2-day summer immersion, or any Saturday meetings or Mathy Hours in between, we ask that you please complete the survey at the link at the end of this email at your earliest convenience. If you did not attend any of the previously named meetings, then please do not complete the survey. Our deadline to submit our report is June 30th, and since we need time to compile data, we ask that you please complete the survey by Wednesday, June 30.

We want to thank you for making this past year so enjoyable; your energy and thirst for FUNstrating math makes it all worth it! All of our visiting facilitators have commented on what a great group you are to work with. :)
