SEOMTC’ers-
I’ve talked with Po-Shen and seen a demonstration of the resource mentioned below. It is truly excellent and I encourage you to push students to it. On the surface, it seems like “just five problems” but at it’s heart, it’s about finding and supporting good problem solvers. It’s close to the heart of our community in SEOMTC. Try it for yourself then pass along to students.
Sincerely,
Bob Klein

The idea is to build math appreciation and problem-solving skills in an engaging and accessible way. Each problem also includes links to definitions, explanations of concepts, and other background information that might be useful in solving the problem.
