<p class="MsoNormal">We are currently putting together a registration site which I will send out in the coming weeks. Once we have your parts and registration, Ill connect you with the faculty/students/conductors that will be performing your work if you did
not elect to bring your own performers or your pieces has no performers. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">All dress/tech rehearsals will be immediately before the concert on which you are scheduled. You must be in attendance for your piece to be performed. A preliminary schedule will be sent out after the March 31 date has passed. The above
is a rough outline of our plan. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">PLEASE NOTE <b><u>Percussion ensemble</u></b> pieces can <span style="color:red">
ONLY</span> be scheduled on <b><u>Concert 1.</u> </b>All <b><u>choir and organ</u></b> pieces can
<span style="color:red">ONLY</span> be scheduled on <b><u>Concert 6 </u></b>due to the different venue. Concert 4 and 7 could swap however, these large ensembles will be scheduled together. Given our venues, these considerations have already been decided. Please
plan your attendance around these days/times. Thank you for your understanding. </p>
