But speaking of gear, I know a lot of you have been asking about it. As of right now, Annie is setting up a site for us to take a survey. From this survey, we will know how much of each item to order. We'll be sending out an e-mail regarding this later. On to the fun-filled activities we have lined up for this week/weekend...

Tomorrow, Thursday, October 22, we'll be having our first fundraiser of the year. Brian has set up a pizza-selling station in front of the Court Street Diner. We'll be starting at 11 and going until the pizza is all gone, so show up on time! This money is really important to the team, and we need it to pay our dues to the district. It's not funny to show up drunk or not show up at all so get ready to sell. The faster it's gone, the faster we can go home.

After the fundraiser we'll be boat racing, but you won't be told when or where unless you go to the fundraiser, so SHOW UP!!!!!

This weekend is parents' weekend, so if your parents are coming into town, have fun! If not, Miami is having a sailing clinic that we are going to and your parents will have plenty of chances to see you study later in the year. Miami is ALWAYS a fun time, and it's going to be great for beginners. If you want to come or have any questions, contact me!

Lastly, we have been blessed with some great weather these past couple of days, and that is going to continue into tomorrow. If anyone feels the urge to take in the beautiful colors at the lake and go sailing, we're having practice tomorrow, pickup is at 3:30 at Ping as usual. Hope to see you there.
