[Relay-L] Jan 5th Meeting Notes- Please Read

All meetings winter quarter will be Tuesdays in Bentley 120 at 7 pm- Committee Heads must be 15 minutes early
Our first meeting of the quarter was tonight, Jan 5th. 
Relay for OU will be may 21st and 22nd 2010
Our goal to raise this year is $85,000- Must meet!!!
We played a name game to get to know each other better- building friendships on the committee is important
Kickoff for teams and Relay is Jan 14th in Baker Ballroom at 7 pm. Write this on your chalkboards and annouce in classes.
Food and Bev needs to see if Papa Johns will give discount or donate for Kickoff. Also check with Pepsi and GFS for Relay food 
We already have 5 teams for Relay... keep em coming
Sponsorship needs to start figuring out getting stars and moons to businesses to raise money. Also think about Apt Buildings as sponsors for Relay
Public Relations get flyers to pass out Jan 11th and 14th for Kickoff. If you can you should sign up or show up to pass out flyers in Baker on the first floor these days between 1130 and 130
We will paint the Wall behind Bentley Jan 13th at 8 am for Kickoff. Show up if you can. It'll be cold but fun. Wear something that can get messy
Beginning of Spring we will have letter writing party for donations. Get addresses from family and friends to send letters
Feb 6th there is a Winter Training meeting in columbus-polaris. Anyone can come, committee heads should
I will be making agendas for meetings and committee heads need to send me what needs to be on them by sunday night
If you have not given me your name, phone, and email for the Roster PLEASE do so. We need to get that finsihed
