[Relay-L] cassie's updated design

 this is an idea i had for the t-shirt. comments? suggestions?

The large part would be either on the front or back.  If its on the front, we could write PLANNING COMMITTEE on the back. If it is on the back, we could put the part in the upper right corner with the star small towards the top to a side.
