Dear Volunteer,

April 18-24 is National Volunteer Week.  On behalf of the American
Cancer Society, Ohio Division’s Central Region staff, we would like to
thank you for the great work you’re doing in the fight against cancer.
 Each of one us have been personally touched by this disease—whether
it’s a friend, a loved one, a coworker, or ourselves.

Often times, we ask ourselves, “What can I do to help?”

Every time you participate in Relay For Life to raise dollars for the
cause…YOU HELP!
Every time you talk to someone in your community about Society
programs and services…YOU HELP!
Every time you serve on a committee or board to plan for work in the
community…YOU HELP!
Every time you communicate with a company and get a sponsorship…YOU HELP!
Every time you make a contribution to the American Cancer Society to
support research….YOU HELP!

We truly appreciate each of you because of the difference you make in
helping people stay well, get well, find cures and fight back.
Together, we are Saving Lives.
