[Relay-L] Meeting Minutes May 12th

The meeting May 12th was in Bentley 124 at 7:30, the captain's meeting began at 8

*Drumline dropped out of opening ceremonies, working on dance team
*Survivorship gifts need ordered
    Need # of survivors for dinner-  Need invatations
*Luminaries start at nine and last about an hour. Due by 8:45 pm
*10% of Subway at Relay, use for teams?
*Ask Wal Mart about gift cards- Courtney 
*Twitter account: Relay at OU
*So far 72 teams and $20,902 raised
*Fair opens at one May 29 and registration starts at 4
*Bank Hours at Relay
    3:30-4:30pm and the 30th 9-10 am
*Bank Night Wed May 27th 8-10 Baker 242
*Spirit Week: May 25-28
    Adding Mess Fest to Monday. In front of Washington and Bush Hall at East Green     3-7
