[Recclub-l] READ ME! - Student Involvement Fair

Rec Club,

I hope you're summer has been good, but it's time to get down to business ( to defeat the huns). On Monday Sept 5th, from 3:30 to 5:30 on College Green, is the Student Involvement Fair. We  need volunteers to produce a very good poster (not one created the night before), a video on a computer, and ideas to attract the incoming freshmen class to join our club. Furthermore, we need someone to create official signup sheets asking for name and email. Finally, we need a volunteer to create quarter sheets to hand out. If you can do any of this, please send Dustin a text message as he will be driving home. There will be a meeting held on Sunday September 4th at 5:00 PM in Punch Card Park (Time and place are subject to change), please plan on attending. Thanks and enjoy the rest of your summer.
