Subject: Volunteer Opportunity

Hello,

The Charles J. Ping Center will be hosting a Family 5K on October 1st from 8:00am-1pm as a part of Parent's Weekend 2011. I would like to reach out to different organizations and offer facilitating this 5K as a volunteer experience.

The tasks that we need completed are as follows:

*         Registration tables

*         T-shirt verification/distribution

*         Course Guides (these people will be standing at key positions throughout the course pointing them in the correct direction)

*         Finish line procedures

If you/your organization is interested in volunteering for the Family 5K on October 1st 2011, please contact me with a verification of your organization, and the number of volunteers you will produce.
