To Whom It May Concern: 

Someone hit my car pulling out of the parking lot. It concerns me because my car now has a large dent in it over the wheel well and the paint is chipped. I would prefer if someone would let me know that they hit my car. It would save me a lot of time looking through the security camera videos (which has been recording 24 hours a day) to find out who did. Thank you in advance for your friendly cooperation.
