[Phipsi-l] Budget Request Forms

Committee Heads,

Please submit your budget request forms by next chapter (10 April 11) so I can make the budget. So far I have only received 2 budget requests (house and recruitment). I have attached a budget request form to this e-mail. You can either email it back to me completed or bring a paper copy to chapter. If you are not requesting a budget for your committee this quarter just let me know, you don't need to fill out a budget request form.
