[Phipsi-l] Ice Machine

Unless an emergency, please do no turn off the ice machine. 

 Why?

1). Because whomever is turning it off is not turning it back on.

2). Turning it on and off probably helped lead to the electrical issue that kept it off for A LONG TIME.
