Hello Gentlemen

I hope everyone has been having a great summer, and I know your busy so I will keep this short. Here are some important dates and information that I need you guys to know about. I also need some info from everyone of my wonderful brothers so please read carefully.

1?.I have signed all of us up to help with freshman move in. The univeristy is doing something a little diffenrt this year and they are creating what they call a Go green team. Basically its a bunch of different student organizations that all wear the same T-shirt, call themselves the go green team and help freshman move in while trying to get those Freshman interested in their student Organization. This is PRIME RECRUITMENT TIME,not only do we get these baby's right out of the car, but their parents are there and we can pass out flayers and talk about all of the benefits PHI Psi has to offer. We will talk more about all of this later in the summer, I just want to give you guys a heads up. Here is what I need from EACH OF YOU.
         1.Your Emial
         2.Cell Number
         3.T-shirt size
         4.PID
         5. And which days you can work Thursday September 2 or Friday September 3 or both. The shifts are in the afternoon, so sleeping is not an excuse.Everyone has to work at least one day, but I would like it if some of us worked both days, you get a free t shit, free food, you can talk to freshman girls and its only for a couple of hours. Its really important guys that we do this, this is going to be one of the best ways to recruit this fall. Also only like 2 other fraternities signed up for this, so we are way ahead of the game.

Please email me this info back as soon as possible, but I need it by Friday July 23rd at the latest,( I have to make a roster and send it in). I can look most of this info up, but it is easier if you guys just email it to me  or text me back. If you cant participate in helping out during move in, just let me know, I told the Go Green lady 40 plus Phi Psi will help, so lets not disappoint!!!!!

2. Jerrod is our new house manager, but I still need a new Pr/Marketing chair and Risk manager.If your interested in either of these positions please call/email/text Jake or I and we will talk. This is a great opportunity for the new guys and the younger guys to gain some involvement and leadership in the chapter. If you want to run for an officer position this fall, this is a great start. If you have questions about what these positions entail, let me know.

3.  Just a reminder to recruit this summer. If anyone has met an incoming freshman or potential member, email/text/call his contact info to Ali so we can get him some info. Ali's cell is (614) 226-2247 and his email is as301608 at ohio.edu

4. If anyone has any questions about anything, recruitment,  the house, this fall, please feel free to get a hold of Jake or I and we will answer your questions. Jake and I are meeting Tuesday, so look for another email to follow.

I love all of you and cant wait for the school year to start. Fall Quarter is going to be a blast!!!!!!!
