Here is the Schedule for the rest of the week

Monday: Free day except for committee heads and officers. Quick Meeting tomorrow at 12 noon

Tuesday:Chapter House Work Day

Wednesday: Goal setting and Retreat in Baker @ 12noon and Go green Info meeting from 7 to 8pm to sign up for time slots for freshman move in

Thursday: Freshman Move In

Friday: Freshman Move In

Believe it or not, we are only one month away from our first year students moving into their residence halls, and, if any of you are like me, you’re realizing that summer has gone by way too fast!

> In order to help you plan ahead for coming back to campus, here is some important information you’ll need to be aware of:

> 1)      IF YOU ARE LIVING IN A RESIDENCE HALL THIS FALL: You will be able to move into your residence hall room on Wednesday, September 1st from 2 to 4pm. It is important that everyone move in during this time because it is difficult to coordinate this with the various residence hall staff members.

> 2)      On September 1st, there will be MANDATORY meeting for ALL volunteers. It will be in Morton 201, and you will need to arrive between 6:40 and 7pm. The meeting should be over by around 8pm. During the 6:40 to 7pm time block, you will:

> a.       Check-in with your organization’s representative;

> b.      Receive your t-shirt that you will wear on Thursday and Friday; and
>
> c.       Sign-up for the individual shifts that you would like to work on Thursday/Friday/Both days. **These shifts are 9am-noon; noon-3pm; and 3pm-7pm on both Thursday and Friday, and you will sign-up to work in a specific residence hall(s) that your organization has been assigned to work in.**

> 3)      During Thursday and Friday, September 2nd and 3rd, you need to show up for the shifts you sign-up for! Remember, this is a big first impression for our new students and their family members, and we need to do everything we can to make it a positive one and to welcome them into our Bobcat community.
