<p>Here are the workouts for the rest of the week. Each day has an erg piece or main workout, a body circuit and an ab circuit. </p>
<p><br>
</p>
<p>If you have an erg, do the erg piece and either the body or ab circuit for the day and mix it up throughout the week so you aren't doing only abs or only body circuits. If you don't have an erg, do both the body circuit and the ab circuit this week.</p>
<p><br>
</p>
<p>Like always, if there's any confusion about an erg piece or a circuit, please get ahold of me and I'll clear things up for ya.</p>

<p>I'm so excited to see you guys next week! I'll be sending an email out later this week to let you guys know how the first day will go and such so keep your eyes out for that.</p>

<p>Keep selling candles!! You have one week left to sell candles and get money for camp!! Don't forget that we also have the pancake breakfast coming up for a camp fundraiser as well!</p>
