<p>Hey ladies,</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I wanted to let you ladies know that we'll be rigging and rowing tomorrow afternoon from 3-5. We'd like to treat tomorrow as if it were any other Saturday where we weren't racing. By having practice tomrrow we are continuing to increase your aerobic fitness
and stamina, and in this sport you need both. You'll also be able to practice on the water, rather than the ergs. Please let Camyel know when you are free so that she can make up rides by 1:00 pm.</p>
