<span style="font-family: Tahoma;">Tuesday- You need to do this workout on you own- or find a friend to go with you! Write down your split and watts and meters and hang onto it until you can give it to Nick. Two 10minute pieces at 26-28 stroke rating. Use a
4 minute break in between them to walk the track a few times. <br>
<span style="font-family: Tahoma;">Wednesday- Watch for an e-mail about this day from nick<br>
<span style="font-family: Tahoma;">Thursday will be a 6K test. Listen up for times! (read up?)

<span style="font-family: Tahoma;">If you have an 8 am- you must be at Ping at 6:20 am<br>
<span style="font-family: Tahoma;">If you have a 9 am- you must be at Ping at 7:00 am<br>
<span style="font-family: Tahoma;">If you have a 10 am or later- you must be at Ping at 7:45<br>
<span style="font-family: Tahoma;">Friday- will be a fun type game thing. Be ready to have fun!</span><br>
