[OUWC] US rowing waiver

To complete the US rowing waiver you go to usrowing.org  you click on sign in.  You click on member under individual, and then sign waiver.  You then log in with the code you were e-mailed from US rowing when you registered for the team and the password you made. Then on the left you click waiver and fill out the 4-5 questions presented.
