[OUWC] Minutes 1/15

Hey guys,

Sorry for the delay in the minutes, but here is what we covered in Wednesday's meeting.


  *   Spring Recruitment
     *   Meeting this Thursday, January 23rd
        *   7pm in Baker 239
  *   Fundraising
     *   Chipotle Fundraiser, Feb 4th
        *   5:30-8:30pm
        *   Must show a flyer or tell a cashier
     *   Sign up for Kroger Rewards
     *   Addresses for donation letters
  *   We will hopefully be hosting our own regatta here in Athens
     *   April 12th
  *   I will be sending out a calendar of what we currently have planned for this spring by Monday
  *   Camp Bob, March 1st - 8th
  *   Gov. Cup, April 5th
  *   Our Regatta, April 12th
  *   MACRA, April 26th
  *   Executive Board Nominations
     *   We will nominate people for next year's executive board the week before Camp Bob
        *   Email Angela or Jess if you have questions about the positions
  *   Sign up for Relay for Life

     *   Everyone must attend unless you have a conflict then contact Angela or Jess
  *   Meetings will be every other week until Camp Bob
