[OUWC] Book Buy Backs

To say the least, I am a little disappointed in our team.  Only half of us have signed up for shifts during finals week.  This is unacceptable.  We are a team.  I don't care if you can't make it or not, just email me and let me know.  Regardless, I want to see your schedules.



As the fundraising chair, I am responsible for keeping detailed logs of everything done to ensure success and smoothness.  This includes your schedules to see who is actually available for these events.  I am also responsible for keeping track of who is present at each event and give an updated list to the secretary.  If noboby does their part, I have to report that.  Just keep that in mind...



I understand that many of you have exceeded the expectations for this team when it comes to community service.  I truly appreciate those people.  However, for every one of the over-achievers we have on our team, we have at least 1 under-achiever.  We still haven't achieved our goal when it comes to hours.  Buuuuut Book Buy Backs is NOT community service.  This is fundraising.  Only about 4 or so people sold candles.  Therefore everybody still has an obligation to participate in this.  This team operates on our fundraising.  All of you saw the iceberg presentation that Ana made.  This shows just how much fundraising means to all of us.



With that being said, we have to work together to achieve our goals.  Without the cooperation of ALL teammates, nothing will get accomplished.  I don't care if you are varsity, novice, executive board, or non-executive board...WE ARE ALL PART OF THE SAME TEAM!!!  Lets start acting like it.
