General Meeting minutes
Date: September 4, 2012
Time: 8:01pm-9pm
Topics covered:
Roll call- Attendance was taken
Introductions and Goals-
Genevieve- President: More Professionalism, Organization, and Happiness
 Megan- Varsity Coach: Time efficiency, working with the men’s team
Camyel –Secretary:  More Organization
Ellen- Novice Coach
Savannah- Fundraising:  Build Fundraising for the team, and bringing more awareness to the team
Ana- Treasurer: Make the treasurer’s job more organized, weekly reviews, more modernized
Karen- Vice president/ Equipment chair:  two socials each semester, everyone is familiar with equipment
Alec- Novice Coach
Sarah B. - Regatta Chair
Big Rower Little Rower- yay Bonding!!!!!
Team Schedules were handed out, Mark those Dates

Cardboard City – one of our biggest community service events, Contact Savannah about joining!
Cedar point, Kings Island fundraising: sign-up sheets were passed around
Ana showed her spread sheet
Dues – are due NEXT WEEK (Wednesday September 12, 2012) - 50 dollars if you need a payment plan, Talk to Ana before the due date.
Apparel- if you haven’t received some apparel, contacts GENEVIEVE!!!!!
