Hi Ladies,

Attached is the schedule for extra workouts. These workouts are not required, but they are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. I also encourage you to write down your times to keep track of your progress while doing these.

The schedule has the type of workout you should do each day, and then after the three months, there are examples of workouts for each that you can choose from. This gives you a little bit of freedom when planning your week.

Please ignore that the months are from this summer. Just follow the weekdays, starting with the first week!!
