[OUWC] House at 35 Grosvenor

Hey girls,

My name is Patty Arnold and I'm a former OUWC rower. I'm a senior this year in live in a big beautiful stone house at 35 Grosvenor St., right around the corner from the family dollar. The house holds up to six people and there is an apartment for one person above the four car garage in our backyard. I've LOVED living here the past two years and my landlord is looking for girls to rent it for next year. He is from Dublin Ohio (about 1hr away) and this is the only house in Athens he owns. He is a GREAT guy to rent from but only rents to girls who he knows (i.e., been introduced to by us) and will not rent to boys. I always wanted to have a crew house to live in when I was rowing, and this might be a good place for it. If you or any of your friends are interested please email me! I'd happily show anyone around the place who wants to see it.
