[OUWC] Finals Week Practice: VERY IMPORTANT TO READ

Good Evening Ladies…or whenever you get around to reading this!
As said before, there is no formal practice next week, however, all going to Camp Bob are responsible for the following workouts:
Monday: Body Circuit A, Upper Body Lift, 30 minutes of cardio
Tuesday: Erg: 30min @ CAT V, 20min cardio, wicked abs
Wednesday: Body Circuit B, Lower Body Lift, 30 minutes of cardio
Thursday: Erg: 20min at CAT VI, 2min rest, 15min at CAT V, 1 min rest, 5min at CAT IV, 30sec rest, 2min at CAT III (42mins), wicked abs
Friday: Rest
(Body Circuits were included in the winter training program which Savannah sent out digitally in December)
Please write down types of machines and distances on your winter workout log. Winter workout logs are due Friday night at Maddie's house. If you are not going to Camp Bob, please turn them in by this Friday.
If you are unable to use an erg because you go home, please do the equivalent intensity in other cardio.
Feel free to workout together if schedules allow.
Reminder: Camp Bob meeting, Tuesday, March 13, 7:30pm (Ellen…do we have a room yet?)
