[OUWC] Meeting Minutes for November 1

Hiya Girls,

Thursday, at our VERY IMPORTANT EVALUATION MEETING (and super fun team dinner/hang out/stress relieving before finals time following)... Coach Megan will stop by at the beginning (8PM) to discuss our winter break training that she has put together. This is when everyone will get their packet with the details and schedule of it.

DON'T FORGET! BRING YOUR $4.00 TO HELP COVER THE COSTS FOR FOODS! We are poor college students and can't afford it without your help :(

Then after Coach is done explaining everything we will take care of business first, and complete the evaluations. This is a very important tool for the coaches as well as exec board! It's what helps us learn how to better run the team.

Lastly, the meeting spot has been decided. Justine reserved Bentley 120 for our meeting!! BE THERE @ 8PM. We want to take care of business as quickly as possible.

Gracias! See you there! And remember, e-mail Justine if you CANNOT make it. But skip whatever else you have because we're cooler ;). Just kidding. But really.

Hi Justine,

My name is Caroline May and I joined the Novice team around week six of the quarter.  Because of this, I've worked out with the team a few times in hopes of getting in shape for Winter and Spring Quarters.  I haven't been out on the water, and did not compete in the Speakmon Regatta a few weekends ago.

I was wondering if you could tell me how much I owe in dues, etc because of my late arrival to the team and to whom I can give my gas money for the regatta (I have a class on Tuesday nights).  Also, I would be happy to give you my schedule if you still want it.  I've just been a little confused as to whether or not I'm considered a full member of the team this quarter.

Hey ladies! Here are the meeting minutes.

There is no meeting next Tuesday but there will be an IMPORTANT MEETING next Thursday at 8pm. The room will be figured out within the next few days. At the meeting will be doing coach evaluations and will have a team dinner with pizza and drinks. Please bring $4 to help cover the costs. We do not have school Friday so come stay up for a while, relax, and eat pizza!

If you have not sent Stephanie your addresses, you need to send them to her asap!! The late fees are adding up! :-/ $10 fee as of today.

If you have not sent Justine your schedules, you need to sent them to me asap, too. It's been 10 days since they were due, so that's $10 you owe.

If you are interested in selling bracelets for a fundraiser over winter break, send Stephanie an email.

If you are interested in working a swim meet this Saturday for community service hours, email Maddie asap.
