[Ouwcrew-l] Practices this week

Ladies,

Alright due to problems with availability and everything we will NOT be having water practics this week.  I know that some of you will be disappointed in this, but it is unavoidable.  Instead of that we will be having group workouts if you are interested the rest of the week.  These will be in the form of group runs, maybe some erging (probably not much), etc.  So for the rest of the week will meet at ping at 5pm (4pm on Friday).
