Ladies,

I just wanted to write to you and let you know that there are still 15th anniversary Alumni T-shirts available.  The are $20.  If you are not going to be on the team next year or are still going to be on the team doesn't matter.  The funds from these T-shirts go directly into a fund for future OU Crews to use (e.g. major dock replacement, coaching, boat repairs, dad vail tents, etc.)  It is a  way that you can help future members.  The T's are kelly green and have OU XV on the back.  They are very cool.  If you would like one. Email me with size, and I can get you it before we leave.

Hello Ladies,

I have attached an excel spreadsheet of everyones 6K results so you can see where you stand in relation to your teammates.  Do not be discouraged by your standings.  I have included you weight adjusted time as well and weighted ranking.  This adjustment takes into account basically your weight displacement in a boat.  There is still plenty of training to do and plenty of time to improve your standing/performance, especially if you take winter break training seriously.
