Tonights practice is MANDATORY!!!!!! All of them are... of course :)

8:15 PM- Bootcamp
followed by...
CORE at 9:30

We should be done at 10.

If you have class at this time, contact Nick for what you need to do. Or Nick, if you would rather just send out another workout for those who have class that is ok too.
