[Ouwcrew-l] Meeting Minutes 2-11-10

We got shirt sizes for rec fest- if you weren't here- we guessed!
Relay for Life- we have had difficulty thinking of fundrasiers... so they
suggested to sell daffodils for 10$, we would earn 8.10$. Or we could do a
little more for a bear and flowers. We need final orders on these things by
Feb 26th. We aren't sure of all of the details so she will let you know
soon, so if you have people that you think will like this.. ask them now so
we can get things going!

Hannah
SIRA is coming up... so if you are willing to drive about 6 hours it will
save us TONS of money. So please let hannah know if you weren't here if you
will be able to drive. We know its a far drive but think of all the money we
would save! If you weren't here, e-mail me or hannah and tell her if you can
drive and how many people you can fit including yourself! Thanks!

MACRA IS AT HOME THIS YEAR!!!
in order to host an event, we need alot of volunteers! If any of your fam
who are coming down, we could reeeeeaaalllly use their help! So start
talking to them about being line judges, selling t-shirts, and the like.
