Hello Ladies,

Here is the spreadsheet with the results from Saturday 2K. I have included the weight adjusted scores. This time reflects the time that could be achieved if you had a 8 of 7 other girls that row and are identical to you. It is a way to kind level the playing field for girls that are lightweight. For those that are thinking of Lightweight, there has been a change in the US Rowing rule. Lightweight is 130lbs and under and the boat avg. has to be under 125. Just food for thought (pun intended). There are acouple of you that are close to the 130 mark. If you are planning on trying to be lightweight tell me on Monday. On the attahment I included a chart of your 500 meter break down. I told some of you the race plan/strategy that you want for a 2K, this trend is what I am talking about. I also include on the tab at the bottom labeled "Nick" there is a break down of one of my previous 2Ks with a chart as well this is the correct trand that we are striving for. Notice on mine the 2nd 500 is technically the slowest and it progressively faster as I move to the end of the race with the last 500 being the fastest.

Remember that we are having our next Saturday practice on Feb. 20th. It will not be a test but everyone should still plan now on attending.

Nick
