Hello Ladies,
Here is going to be the deal for tomorrow; we have court A reserved at
830pm so I will be running my own "bootcamp". If you cannot make it to
this workout this then gives you a chance to make up one of the practices
that you missed over the weekend and write it down. If you do not have a
make up to do and cannot make it then you are to do 40 min of cardio (heart
rate applies) and then 20 min of abs (sit ups pushups, back extensions, leg
lifts, jumpies, lundges, and planks).
