[Ouwcrew-l] Tuesday Practice

Hello ladies,

Tomorrow's practice will be the boot camp group fitness class at 7pm. 
Should you not be able to make the 7pm class. You should do the following 
workout:

10 Jumpies
10 Pushup
10 crunches legs up
10 back extensions
10 lunges each leg
do with no brake in between exercises

repeat 5 times

finish with
plank for 45 sec each (front, both sides, front)

1 min superman (laying on the ground raising arms and leg off)
wall sit till burn out (can't hold any longer)

cardio to finish the hour out if you finish it in less than an hour
