Hi all!

I just wanted to update you on what’s going on in the group. We are really excited to be operating back in-person for the first time in 1 ½ years, now being able to utilize our room, and be physically together for pitches and trainings!

Homecoming Event (October 9th)
We will be hosting a cook-out at one of our members houses at 12pm on Saturday, October 9th for homecoming.

New Kids
We are very excited to welcome 4 New Kids to the group this semester! The four new freshman include Phoenix Curry Garcia, Ryan Koenig, Trinity Robinson, and Ryan Russell. Portfolio
Our ESG portfolio has returned -0.89% YTD and our Traditional Portfolio has returned -0.99% YTD, versus the AGG’s return of -0.96% YTD. Currently, the value of both portfolios totals $3,239,584. We will be sending out a more detailed Q3 [ report soon!

Thoughts on the Market
We are currently operating our portfolio slightly underweight duration, with an inflationary thesis. Additionally, to not trail on yield while being underweight duration, we are slightly overweight corporate names, specifically focusing on value we see in the technology sector (AAPL 27’, AAPL 50’), long-dated callable bonds (DELL 46’), and other particular areas such as banks (MS 22’, GS 22’, BAC 51’). Currently, we are underweight Mortgage-Backed Securities, yet are steadily increasing this to get to a level closer to the aggregate, while being cautious of the extension risk posed with the product.
