organization was as a bureaucracy. A Weberian Bureaucracy is an organization
where human activity is organized and a systematic process is in place.
Hierarchies are necessary to maintain order. A bureaucratic organization is
very impersonal, lacking all humanistic qualities.<span> </span><span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 10pt;line-height:115%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Micromanaging- is a management style in which a manager
closely observes and controls their subordinates. Managers micromanage to make
sure tasks are completed in a precise manner. Like a Weberian Bureaucracy,
micromanaging also has a negative connotation because of its sole focus on task
and goals, and disregard of humanistic qualities.<span> </span><span></span></p>

tasks that need to be completed in order to achieve specific goals. Like a
bureaucracy and micromanaging the sole focus is on completion of task to meet
an end goal. Again, task-oriented mangers lack a personable approach. <span></span></p>

organization. They’re all managerial and transactional. All are impersonal and
lack humanistic qualities. They’re all task oriented structures. <span></span></p>
