</span>This kind of leadership is beneficial when you are able to put the right jobs in the right people’s hands- sometimes others are better at things or more well-served to do certain tasks than you are.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">

</span>There’s lack of clarity and the decision-making process takes longer because there are so many more people that information has to go through before a decision can be finalized. The leadership role is devalued because it’s given and dived up among others,

</span>This kind of leadership would not be as beneficial when deadlines are involved.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> 
</span>Using this form of leadership could put jobs in the hands of the wrong people, or team members who are not best served to do that specific job.<o:p></o:p></span></li></ul>
